Fall greetings in Christ! We are thrilled to share how God is working mightily at the Polk County Jail (PCJ). Our 2025 theme is “Christ for all people from all nations,” and we are seeing it unfold right here; there are currently inmates from 44 different nations at the Jail! God is calling us to fulfill His Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) starting in our own community.

Our recent annual banquet on October 7th, attended by over 250 people, celebrated this global reach with powerful testimonies. Sheriff Kevin Schneider affirmed the ministry’s vital impact and officially acknowledged me as the Chaplain for the Polk County Sheriff’s Office—a great honor. Updates highlighted our bilingual ministry in the ICE housing units, where many have found salvation.

Guest speaker TJ Vasquez, director of Sober Soldierz, shared his testimony of transformation after being saved at the PCJ, illustrating the powerful ripple effect of this work. The evening’s challenge: how can we each obey the Great Commission and share Christ’s love within our own spheres of influence?

Through your prayers and financial gifts, you declare God’s glory among the nations (Psalm 96:3) via the PCJ ministry. Thank you for partnering with us in this invaluable work! Amen!
